Voice Consent and AI Voice Policy
Voice consent is the core legal control for this product. Keep the checkbox in the creation flow and store consent records with job metadata.
You may use Singvio only with voices that you own or have explicit permission to use for AI-generated songs.
A singing or humming sample usually produces better results than a speaking-only sample, but the same consent rules apply to all audio.
Permitted voices
- Your own voice.
- Another person's voice only when that person gave permission for AI song generation, storage, processing by providers, and the intended sharing or commercial use.
- A minor's voice only when you are the parent or legal guardian, the use is lawful, and the content is age-appropriate and non-exploitative.
Prohibited voices
- Celebrities, public figures, artists, influencers, politicians, coworkers, family members, classmates, clients, or any private person without permission.
- Voices obtained from leaked recordings, calls, videos, meetings, social media, performances, or public content without a valid right to use them.
- Voices used to imply endorsement, romantic interest, consent, confession, instruction, sponsorship, or identity when that would be false or misleading.
Consent records and verification
- By checking the consent box, you confirm that your use is lawful and that you can provide proof of permission if requested.
- We may ask for additional verification, remove content, or suspend access when a voice-rights complaint or abuse signal appears.
- For business or client work, keep written permission that covers AI generation, distribution, commercial use, editing, and deletion requests.
Business, client, and team use
- If you create songs for a client, employer, creator, performer, employee, contractor, or campaign, get permission from the person whose voice is used and from anyone whose name, likeness, brand, lyrics, or story appears in the song.
- Permission must cover AI generation, provider processing, storage, editing, public sharing, commercial use, geography, duration, revocation, deletion requests, and whether the output may be used in ads or paid media.
- Do not upload meeting recordings, calls, livestream clips, social videos, performances, lessons, interviews, or customer recordings unless you have the right to extract and use the voice for AI song generation.
Deletion, revocation, and takedowns
- A voice owner may contact us to request review, removal, or deletion of content using their voice.
- Revoking consent may prevent future use, but it may not undo lawful uses already completed, downloaded, or distributed before we received the request.
- We may retain limited records to document consent, disputes, abuse prevention, refunds, legal compliance, and security.
Disclosure and responsible sharing
When you share or publish AI-generated audio, disclose that it is AI-generated or synthetic where required by law, platform rules, advertising rules, political rules, or the context of use. Do not present generated audio as a real recording of someone saying or singing something they did not actually say or sing.
