Refund and Cancellation Policy
Singvio sells Song Credits. Each paid Song Credit creates exactly 3 song versions from the submitted voice, story, style, and settings, and unlocks all 3 versions from that generation.
Free preview generations are limited to preview access. Unlocking the full generation from a free preview result consumes one paid Song Credit.
When credits are consumed
For paid generations, a Song Credit is consumed when generation starts. This is because third-party AI generation, queueing, processing, storage, and audio post-processing costs may be incurred immediately.
For the one free preview generation, no paid credit is consumed at creation time. A paid Song Credit is consumed only if you unlock the full generation from that free preview result.
Refundable situations
- The generation fails and Singvio cannot deliver any usable song versions.
- A duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or clear billing error occurred.
- We cannot provide the purchased service because of a provider, region, payment, or account limitation that is not caused by your policy violation.
Generally non-refundable situations
- The 3 versions were delivered but you dislike the style, lyrics, voice similarity, melody, or creative result.
- You uploaded a poor-quality, unauthorized, too-short, too-long, noisy, or unsupported voice sample.
- The content violates our policies, third-party rights, payment rules, or applicable law.
- You changed your mind after generation started, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to cancel.
Queues, partial delivery, and post-processing
- Provider concurrency limits, queues, network issues, moderation review, audio conversion, object storage, and audio post-processing may delay delivery.
- If no usable song version is delivered after reasonable retries, we may restore the credit or refund according to this policy.
- If some but not all versions are delivered, or if only one file format succeeds, we may restore credits, retry, provide partial delivery, or offer support at our discretion and as required by law.
- Minor artifacts, subjective quality concerns, style mismatch, lyric phrasing, melody preference, or voice-similarity expectations do not automatically make a completed generation refundable.
Digital content cancellation rights
Where permitted by law, by starting a generation you request immediate digital performance and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited once generation begins. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
How to request help
Contact hello@singvio.com with your account email, order ID, generation ID, and a short description. We may restore credits instead of issuing a cash refund when appropriate and lawful.
