Can I use my own voice?
Yes. Singvio is designed for creating songs with your own voice.
What kind of voice sample works best?
A short, clean singing or humming sample usually works better than speaking. Use a quiet room, avoid background music, and keep the sample around 15-30 seconds.
What file formats are supported?
You can choose common audio formats. Singvio trims the selected clip and converts it before submission where supported.
Can I use someone else's voice?
Only if you have permission from the voice owner. Unauthorized voice cloning is not allowed.
Can I clone a celebrity voice?
No. Singvio does not allow celebrity impersonation, public figure voice cloning, or misleading use of generated audio.
Can I use a client's, employee's, family member's, or child's voice?
Only with the right authority and clear permission for AI generation, provider processing, storage, sharing, and the intended use. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must handle consent and the content must be age-appropriate.
Can I use my own lyrics?
Yes. You can provide your own lyrics or describe the song you want and let Singvio help create it.
Can I upload copyrighted lyrics, melodies, or reference audio?
Only if you have the required rights. Do not upload protected songs, stems, melodies, brand assets, or lyrics you do not own or have permission to use.
Can I download the song?
Yes. Paid songs include MP3 download. Free previews are for listening and testing only.
Do I get FLAC files?
Not in the current version. Paid songs are delivered as MP3 files, and Singvio does not download, process, store, or provide FLAC files for now.
Can I use the song commercially?
Yes. Paid full generations include commercial usage rights for the delivered generated songs. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the voice, lyrics, names, brands, prompts, and materials you provide.
Can I release the song on YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, podcasts, or ads?
Paid delivered songs may be used for platform publishing, videos, ads, podcasts, and other commercial products. You may still need to disclose AI or synthetic media use depending on law, platform policy, advertising rules, or context.
Will the song be unique or copyrightable?
AI output may not be unique or copyright-protectable in every country. Commercial usage rights do not automatically clear your input materials, trademarks, platform rules, or suitability for a specific campaign.
How long does generation take?
Most previews are created in a few minutes. Generation time may vary depending on traffic and song complexity.
What happens if there is a queue?
Your request may wait while provider concurrency is full. You can keep the page open or check the job later from your dashboard or email notification.
Can I regenerate the song?
You can edit the song details and start another generation. Each new generation creates exactly 3 new versions and consumes a generation credit unless a plan or support case says otherwise.
What if I do not like any of the 3 versions?
Creative taste is subjective, so a completed generation is generally not refundable for style, melody, lyrics, or voice similarity preferences. Try improving the story, adding lyrics, or changing the preferred feel before generating again.
Is my voice private?
We use your voice sample to generate your requested song. Paid private options are available. Please review our Privacy Policy and Voice Consent Policy for details.
Can I delete my voice or generated songs?
You can request deletion through your account or support. Some limited records may be retained for billing, consent, fraud prevention, security, disputes, tax, or legal compliance.
