Terms of Service

Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your location. Users under 18 may use Singvio only with a parent or legal guardian.
• Singvio is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal data or voice samples from children unless you have all legally required parental authority and consent.
• You are responsible for account activity, payment information, prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, public share settings, and all uses of generated output.

Voice, likeness, lyrics, and other materials

• You may upload only your own voice or a voice for which you have clear, lawful permission to create AI-generated songs.
• You represent that you have all rights needed for any voice sample, name, likeness, prompt, lyric, melody, reference audio, image, trademark, or other material you provide.
• You grant Singvio and its providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, modify, and generate output from your materials only to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
• You must not use Singvio to impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, exploit, or mislead anyone.

AI generation and generated songs

• A paid Song Credit creates exactly 3 song versions from the submitted settings and unlocks all 3 versions from that generation. Generation time, style, quality, and similarity to any sample may vary.
• A free preview generation may create complete song versions, but access is limited to short previews until a paid Song Credit is used to unlock the full generation.
• Paid unlocked songs include usage rights and commercial authorization for the delivered generated songs. Singvio passes those commercial usage rights to you, subject to these Terms.
• Generated songs may contain errors, artifacts, similarities to other outputs, or material that requires review before publication or commercial use.
• You are responsible for reviewing output and for making any legally required AI, synthetic media, advertisement, sponsorship, or endorsement disclosures.
• Commercial usage rights for the generated song do not clear rights in your uploaded voice, lyrics, names, brands, reference materials, platform rules, or required disclosures.

Public sharing, downloads, and takedowns

• Public share pages are controlled by the visibility setting, but a public link may be copied, indexed, embedded, downloaded, recorded, or reshared by others.
• If you mark a generation private, you must still avoid uploading unauthorized voices or infringing materials. Private use does not make unlawful content lawful.
• We may remove, hide, disable, or restrict public pages, downloads, audio files, or account access when we receive a rights complaint, legal request, payment dispute, security signal, or policy violation report.
• Deleting content from Singvio may not remove copies already downloaded, cached, indexed, reposted, or saved by third parties before deletion.

Commercial release and platform responsibility

• Paid delivered songs may be used in commercial products, platform publishing, ads, videos, podcasts, and similar uses, subject to your compliance with these Terms and third-party rights.
• Before using output in ads, paid social, podcasts, streaming platforms, client work, political content, endorsements, or public commercial releases, you must confirm all voice, publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, music, platform, and advertising rights in the materials you provided.
• You must not imply that a person, brand, artist, platform, employer, client, or public figure endorsed or performed in a generated song unless that is true and authorized.
• Some laws, platforms, advertisers, or distribution partners may require disclosure that audio is AI-generated or synthetic. You are responsible for those disclosures.

Payments, credits, refunds, and taxes

• Prices, included credits, and features are shown at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, payment processor fees, and bank charges may apply.
• For paid generations, Song Credits are consumed when generation starts because provider and processing costs are incurred. For a free preview generation, a Song Credit is consumed when you unlock the full generation.
• Refunds, failed jobs, duplicate charges, and cancellation rights are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer laws that apply to you.
• We may refuse, reverse, suspend, or limit transactions that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or policy-violating.

Safety restrictions and enforcement

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, disable public pages, revoke downloads, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, refuse service, or report activity where we reasonably believe there is legal risk, safety risk, fraud, unauthorized voice use, copyright infringement, or abuse.

Third-party providers and service availability

• Singvio may use third-party providers for generation, storage, hosting, analytics, payments, email, security, and support, including AI audio providers and object storage providers.
• Provider URLs, generation systems, payment rails, network routes, and model behavior may change or fail. Singvio may queue, retry, modify, or discontinue features.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, legal clearance, or error-free output.

Liability, indemnity, and disputes

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singvio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Singvio for the service giving rise to the claim during the previous 3 months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• You agree to indemnify Singvio from claims arising from your materials, unauthorized voice use, illegal content, public sharing, commercial use, or breach of these policies.
• Mandatory consumer protections in your country or state still apply. The checkout page, receipt, and account records identify the product, price, payment status, and available support contact for each purchase.

Changes and contact
