This Privacy Policy explains how Singvio handles account data, voice samples, prompts, lyrics, generated songs, payments, support requests, and related records.
This policy explains what personal information Singvio collects, how it is used, when it is shared, and what rights you may have.
Voice samples, lyrics, prompts, generated songs, and consent records can be sensitive. Do not upload another person's voice or personal information unless you have lawful authority and permission.
Information we collect
- Account and contact data, such as name, email, login identifiers, support messages, and preferences.
- Creation data, including voice samples, recordings, uploaded audio, prompts, lyrics, song settings, generated song files, public share settings, and consent confirmations.
- Payment data, such as plan, credits, invoices, transaction identifiers, refund status, and limited billing metadata from payment processors. We do not need to store full card numbers.
- Technical and usage data, including IP address, device/browser data, logs, security events, cookies or local storage, feature usage, and error reports.
How we use information
- To create, process, post-process, store, deliver, and support your requested AI songs.
- To verify consent records, prevent fraud, enforce policies, investigate abuse, protect users, and comply with law.
- To manage accounts, credits, payments, refunds, customer support, product reliability, analytics, and security.
- To send service notices, transactional messages, policy updates, and optional marketing where allowed by law.
Legal bases, sensitive data, and consent
- Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we may process data to perform the service contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or rely on consent for voice and other sensitive data.
- Voice samples, recordings, and generated voice-like output may be considered sensitive, biometric, publicity-rights, or personality-rights data in some places. Do not upload another person's voice unless you have the required authority.
- Withdrawing consent may stop future processing where consent is the basis, but it may not affect completed processing, downloaded files, legal records, fraud prevention records, tax records, or dispute evidence that we are allowed or required to keep.
Voice and audio processing
- Voice samples are used to generate the song you request and may be sent to AI audio providers for processing.
- Unless you choose to save a reusable voice profile, Singvio deletes raw temporary voice files after generation, support, security, and legal retention needs expire.
- Singvio does not permit use of voice samples to identify a person, authenticate identity, build surveillance systems, or create unauthorized impersonations.
- If applicable law treats voice data as sensitive or biometric information, we process it with consent and provide deletion and access rights as required.
Provider processing and product improvement
- AI generation, audio conversion, audio post-processing, storage, email, analytics, security, and payments may be handled by third-party providers under their own infrastructure, reliability limits, security practices, and legal terms.
- We do not use raw voice samples for unrelated model training unless we provide appropriate notice, obtain any required consent, and apply provider controls. Aggregated diagnostics may be used to improve reliability, abuse prevention, and product quality.
- Singvio currently processes and stores MP3 deliverables only. FLAC files returned by a provider are not downloaded, retained, or linked to your generation record in the current version.
Sharing and international transfers
- We may share information with service providers for AI generation, cloud hosting, object storage, databases, payments, email, analytics, moderation, customer support, and security.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, to respond to lawful requests, or during a business transfer.
- Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards and provider contracts.
Retention
- We keep account, order, credit, consent, and security records as long as needed for the service, legal compliance, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and audit trails.
- Generated songs are kept while your account or public share page remains active unless you delete them or request deletion.
- Raw temporary processing files are retained only as long as needed for processing, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, legal claims, or a saved voice profile.
Your privacy rights
- Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of a privacy decision.
- California and other U.S. state privacy laws may provide rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, and limit use of sensitive information.
- EEA/UK users may have GDPR rights and may contact a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
- Send requests to hello@singvio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where legally required.
Cookies, security, and children
- We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login, language, theme, security, analytics, and product functionality.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
- Singvio is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data without required consent, contact us for deletion.
