Acceptable Use Policy

Voice and identity misuse

• No celebrity, public figure, politician, creator, artist, coworker, family member, minor, deceased person, or private person's voice without clear permission and lawful authority.
• No impersonation, false endorsement, fake confession, misleading identity claim, voice phishing, fraud, social engineering, or deceptive synthetic media.
• No use in robocalls, spam calls, scam messages, political deception, financial deception, medical deception, legal deception, or emergency-service misuse.

Harmful or illegal content

• No threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, extortion, doxxing, hateful conduct, illegal discrimination, or content targeting protected groups.
• No NSFW, nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
• No sexual content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, intimate-image abuse, grooming, or child safety violations.
• No instructions for violence, self-harm encouragement, terrorism, illegal weapons, malware, credential theft, or other unlawful activity.

Intellectual property and commercial misuse

• Do not upload copyrighted lyrics, melodies, reference audio, stems, vocals, trademarks, or brand assets unless you have rights.
• Do not claim generated output is human-made, endorsed, licensed, royalty-free, or platform-cleared unless you can legally support that claim.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or distribute generated output in a way that violates these policies, provider terms, or third-party rights.

Synthetic media, platform, and high-risk uses

• Do not present a generated song as a real recording, live performance, voicemail, endorsement, confession, instruction, or consent from someone who did not actually make it.
• Do not use generated audio for political deception, election interference, fake emergency messages, legal instructions, medical advice, financial advice, investment promotion, or regulated professional claims.
• Do not use Singvio to evade platform AI disclosure rules, advertising disclosure rules, music distribution rules, age-rating rules, union or performer obligations, or content moderation decisions.

Technical abuse

• No scraping, probing, vulnerability testing without permission, rate-limit bypassing, queue manipulation, account sharing for abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to extract provider systems.
• No automated high-volume generation, spam publishing, or storage abuse without written approval.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove public pages, disable downloads, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users, refund or revoke credits, and report suspected illegal activity. Report abuse at hello@singvio.com.
