Copyright, IP, and DMCA Policy
You are responsible for the rights in anything you upload or ask Singvio to generate, including lyrics, melodies, reference audio, voices, names, brands, and images.
Your materials and generated output
- You keep rights you already own in your materials. You grant Singvio the limited rights needed to operate the service.
- Subject to payment, policy compliance, and third-party rights, paid delivered songs may be used for personal or commercial purposes, including commercial products, platform publishing, ads, videos, and similar uses.
- AI-generated output may not be unique or copyright-protectable in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for clearing the rights in uploaded voices, lyrics, names, brands, reference materials, and platform requirements before release, monetization, sync, advertising, or distribution.
No infringement
- Do not upload or request content that copies protected lyrics, melodies, songs, recordings, artists, brands, characters, or performances unless you have permission.
- Do not remove rights notices, misrepresent authorship, imply endorsement, or use generated music to confuse consumers.
Copyright takedown notices
Send notices to hello@singvio.com. Include: your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing URL or material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the legally required information. We may terminate repeat infringers and may forward notices to the affected user, provider, or authorities when appropriate.
Trademarks, publicity rights, and music distribution
Copyright permission does not automatically clear trademark, publicity, privacy, moral rights, union, label, publishing, platform, or advertising obligations. Obtain professional clearance before public commercial release.
AI output, notices, and repeat complaints
- If an AI output appears similar to existing music, lyrics, voices, brands, or recordings, stop using it publicly until you have reviewed the rights risk.
- We may forward copyright, trademark, publicity-rights, voice-rights, or platform complaints to the uploader, payment provider, hosting provider, AI provider, legal counsel, or authorities where appropriate.
- Accounts associated with repeated infringement, repeated unauthorized voice complaints, fraudulent claims, or bad-faith counter-notices may be limited or terminated.
