A Song Credit is one generation credit. It creates exactly 3 full song versions. If used after a free preview, it unlocks all 3 full versions from that preview generation.
Can I try Singvio for free?

Do I need to pay before hearing anything?
No. The free preview generation lets you hear short versions first.
Why are there exactly 3 song versions?
Each generation returns exactly 3 versions so you can compare options from the same voice and story. Unlocking the generation gives access to all 3.
What happens if all 3 versions are not my taste?
AI music is creative and results vary. If the generation completed successfully, personal taste alone usually is not refundable, but you can adjust the story, lyrics, or preferred feel and create another generation.
What audio should I upload?
Use a clean 15-30 second singing or humming sample with no background music. You can choose common audio formats; Singvio trims the selected clip and converts it before submission.
Can I use my song commercially?
Yes. Paid full generations include commercial usage rights for the delivered generated songs. You must still have the rights to the voice, lyrics, prompts, brand names, and any materials you provide.
Can I publish to YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, or ads?
Paid delivered songs may be used in commercial products, platform publishing, ads, videos, podcasts, and similar uses. You still need to clear the voice, lyrics, names, brands, and platform requirements.
Can I get a refund?
If generation fails and we cannot deliver your song, we will restore your credits or issue a refund according to our refund policy.
When is a credit consumed?
For a paid generation, one Song Credit is consumed when generation starts. For the free preview result, one Song Credit is consumed only when you unlock the full generation.
Can I use someone else's voice?
Only if you have permission from the voice owner. Unauthorized voice cloning is not allowed.
Can I delete my songs or voice samples?
You can request song, account, or voice data deletion through support. Some limited records may be retained for billing, consent, fraud prevention, security, disputes, tax, or legal compliance.
